NIDA <\/strong>partners with IAM Consulting <\/strong>to leverage HR Technology <\/strong>for enhancing personnel knowledge and driving institutional progress<\/p>

The National Institute of Development Administration ( NIDA<\/span><\/a> ) has signed a collaboration agreement with IAM Consulting Co., Ltd. to integrate knowledge and information technology systems, focusing on utilizing HR Technology to propel the organization towards becoming a digital entity.

Prof. Dr. Kampon Panyagometh, the President of NIDA, commented on this collaboration with the private sector, stating, “With NIDA's vision of being a leading national institution that creates leaders and knowledge at an international level for transformation, we aim to build networks with various agencies to enhance excellence in different areas. This partnership with IAM Consulting will introduce human resource technology to develop personnel, starting with development and evaluation. The institute believes that regardless of the technology implemented in an organization, if it is not pushed for appropriate use by people, it cannot move forward. Therefore, this is a good starting point to drive both people and technology towards Digital Transformation.”


Krit Wirojonsaili, Country Vice President of IAM Consulting Co., Ltd., a consulting firm that develops systems for national enterprises, stated, “IAM Consulting has experience in developing SAP systems for both private sectors and several leading universities. This is another opportunity to collaborate with the education sector to drive NIDA towards becoming a digital organization by utilizing HR Technology in the Performance Management solution to develop the institute's personnel and promote technological knowledge within the institution.”

Both organizations also hope that the initiation of this HR Technology development will serve as a model and can be extended to other educational institutions in the future.
